What we have noticed from our extensive dealings with thousands of clients (buyers, sellers and anyone with a passing interest) is that many of them want and need more than just the transactional service offered by the vast majority of agents. When buying or looking to buy abroad, clients need help and advice with so much more – from recommendations and introductions to local schools or societies, consultations with leading lawyers and tax experts, or the nuts and bolts around home ownership, whether it´s hiring nannies, arranging airport collections or stocking your bodega with the finest wines.
The questions we have been asked over the last 23 years have been as varied as you can imagine. We´ve managed to source fleets of vehicles, arranged private security, found a reconditioned Steinway piano…we´ve even arranged safe and speedy transatlantic transport for a client´s pet llamas!
