What we do; ´Anything and Everything´!
What we have noticed from our extensive dealings with thousands of clients (buyers, sellers and anyone with a passing interest) is that many of them want and need more than just the transactional service offered by the vast majority of agents. When buying or looking to buy abroad, clients need help and advice with so much more – from recommendations and introductions to local schools or societies, consultations with leading lawyers and tax experts, or the nuts and bolts around home ownership, whether it´s hiring nannies, arranging airport collections or stocking your bodega with the finest wines.
The questions we have been asked over the last 23 years have been as varied as you can imagine. We´ve managed to source fleets of vehicles, arranged private security, found a reconditioned Steinway piano…we´ve even arranged safe and speedy transatlantic transport for a client´s pet llamas! But most of our clients in the early days are after good, solid legal, tax and financial advice, so we´ve hand-picked what we consider to be the leading experts in their fields....people who are easy to talk to, easy to understand, people we would use (and have used) ourselves.
With over 30 years’ experience in financial services and property developments in both the UK and Spain, Mark has split his time between his homes in the two countries for the last 20 years.
Both he and his wife are involved with a sports event business which has primarily concentrated on raising funds for charitable causes. Mark also held a 5-year non-executive directorship with a major Rugby union Premiership team.
Mark, is a keen golfer, walker and fancies himself as a chef and mixologist.

Sean is known as ´The Property Doctor´ and is often asked for his take on local market trends by the likes of Forbes, GB News, The Daily Telegraph and The Times.
His business, Cloud Nine Spain, is one of the leading real estate agencies in Southern Spain, and he also assists his partner in the running of Marbella Interiors, a well-known provider of bespoke furniture schemes.
Prior to his move to Spain in 2001, Sean was trained as a lawyer, held a managerial role in retail and successfully built (and subsequently sold) his HR & Recruitment Consultancy to a PLC.
Sean is a keen podcaster, property investor, football and cricket fanatic and is also a rookie flight simmer.

Darren has been an accomplished and seasoned professional in the world of television presenting and media training for over 20 years and is now Chief Operating Officer of Cloud Nine Spain.
Throughout Darren's career, he has had the privilege of working with prestigious networks such as BBC, ITV, Sky, Google, and YouTube, to name a few. His expertise in media training has been instrumental in shaping the skills of aspiring broadcasters, contributing to the success of both individuals and media organisations.
In addition to his extensive media background, Darren is deeply passionate about the real estate market. Recognising the power of effective communication, and video, he blends his presenting skills with an in-depth understanding of the property market. estate industry.
